HOW WE HELP

  • Leadership coaching begins with the end in mind. This structured, goal-oriented process starts with your vision. At our first meeting, we establish clear goals to determine the success of our time together.

  • By talking with bosses, peers, and direct reports, we can better understand the challenges in your way. Nancy will perform a 360-assessment to uncover your strengths and developmental opportunities.

  • Over the 4 to 6 month journey, or 10 to 12 sessions, Nancy engages you in a personal discovery process that brings awareness and accountability, working through your vulnerabilities and fears, and encourages you to use your values, beliefs, and knowledge to develop the shifts that lead to the big change you’re after.

  • Change requires trust, practice, support, and reflection. Working together, Nancy supports and guides you through the developmental journey.
