Nancy Newmark Liffmann, Founder of Newmie Coaching Group

Leveraging her 17 years of senior-level experience in corporate finance, marketing, and professional development, Nancy enjoys partnering with executives to help them reach their goals just as much as she enjoys hiking with her family to reach a mountain summit.

Described by clients as insightful, compassionate and inspiring, Nancy's passion for drawing out the best in leaders began when she created an in-house professional development program at international real estate powerhouse Jones Lang LaSalle. As a leadership/executive coach, Nancy has worked with non-profits, corporate leaders, and multinationals including Marriott, Capital One and Starbucks.

Nancy transitioned into leadership coaching because she was inspired by high-performing friends who regularly sought her counsel and insights to learn and evolve. "The leaders I work with already have the potential in them," Nancy said, "I can see that potential in my clients, and I serve as a partner who helps them fully realize it."

Nancy earned her MBA at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her BS at Northwestern University. She received her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She is PCC certified by the International Coach Federation and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, a 360 assessment.

In her free time, Nancy enjoys hiking with her husband and three sons. A foodie, Nancy also enjoys travel, skiing and great conversation with friends. She works with clients out of her Washington, D.C. and Jackson, Wyoming offices.

“Nancy has provided outstanding support to several members of our organization's senior leadership team as they navigated challenging management situations and rapid organizational growth.”

“The coaching our leadership team received helped them think through and structure thoughtful responses and messaging and left them feeling confident in their strengths and prepared to move their teams forward.”
